How to Back to MAC

I've looked before the find the exact rules of how to Back to MAC and I couldn't really find any, so of course I got the full scoop and I'm here to share it with. Now I've done this quite a few times, but every once in a while I do still have questions as to what's allowed, and what exactly it intales. 

Back to MAC is an incentive program to receive a free item for every 6 FULL SIZE empty products you return for recycling. If your items are taken to a MAC counter you can exchange your empty products for a lipstick. If you go to a MAC store you can exchange for a lipstick, lipgloss, or eyeshadow. 

I have heard of some stores making a mark on your free item, and in that case it is not allowed to be returned as a Back to MAC item, but not all stores do this. Although, your free item is non refundable or exchangeable, so chose wisely :) 

So the main points to remember: 
-6 Full Size Items 
-Non refundable or exchangeable
-Counters = lipsticks 
-Stores = eyeshadow, lipgloss, lipstick

      This blog is coming to you by accident, of course. I don't know if I've mentioned it much on this blog, but I have two pitbulls. I know, a lot to handle, and one of them is a puppy. Personal Planner Setup

I have been using a planner for as long as I can remember. My little OCD self needs something to keep me grounded and on track. About 3 years ago I discovered Erin Condren as well as the planner community on social media (if you are a planner person check them out, it is such a positive and supportive group of people). If you're not familiar, the Erin Condren Life Planner is an A5 size planner (7" by 9") and is a thick planner. For me, this type of planner is not convenient for every day use so this planner stays at home on my desk and is used mostly for my creative side, not functionality. This brings me to my personal size planner, I use a Kate Spade Wellesley planner which can be bought at the Kate Spade Outlet stores (these outlets will ship to you so call around if you don't live close to one and are interested). Currently as pictured above I am using the red version which was re-released this Summer, and I also have a black version which is always in stock....

Why I'm No Longer Purchasing from Erin Condren

  I'm fully aware that some people might not agree with me on this topic, but I really need to share my experiences with Erin Condren as well as my opinions on why I do not plan on purchasing from this brand any longer.  Customer Service Good customer service is what makes a company, and unfortunately that is NOT Erin Condren's top priority. My personal experience with the customer service has been half and half. The policies and responses to customers is never consistent which makes me believe they make do not have any rules and guidelines for dealing with customer issues. In my opinion a company should have guidelines for handling issues and complaints.  Quality Control I have placed a total of 25 orders with Erin Condren over the past 5 years. Within the last 2 years 4 out of 5 orders have arrived either incorrect, flawed, or completely wrong.
