What makeup am I taking with me for 10 days?

I know I jipped you all on a post yesterday, but do you guys know how stressful it trying to pack for 10 days?! This trip got thrown on us all kind of last minute, and I'm really just trying to make sure I have everything. Also, that I know everything I'm going to be teaching these people. Work trips are stressful anyways, but 10 days just takes it to the next level. I'm showing you today all of the makeup I'm bringing with me, which I'm kind of proud of myself :) Let's jump in.

What is in my "apocalypse" bag?

So as you guys might have seen on TV or read in my last post, we had a crazy week here in Atlanta this past week. I was in the car for 11 hours trying to go 14 miles. It was a disaster! It made me think, you never know what could happen. You never know when you might become stuck somewhere with no notice. I decided, I wanted a piece of home with me in case that ever happened again. You really never know, and it is a great idea to have a change of clothes in your car at all times, just in case. So long story short, I packed an "apocalypse" bag. I have everything I would need for at least one day in my car at all times. That includes pajamas and a change of clothes. As for my makeup choices, I want to share them with you.

What is in makeup bag? (Work Purse Edition)

As I've said quite a few times (you're probably tired of hearing it by now) I work in an office. So for me, a touch up makeup bag is a necessity. One, because it's possible for me to do touch ups during the day, and two, my coworkers know I love makeup, so they aren't afraid to tell me if something is looking crazy. Every month I trade out my purse makeup bag and use the bag that  I think every girl has their own "must haves" in their purse makeup bag, and mine might be a little different from your choices. To each their own, but you might want to make sure you got everything you need, so here we go.          First and definitely the number one for me, my oil blotting sheets. My skin is oily! I can't hide it. Right now in trying out the Up and Up Brand (Target brand) ones and comparing them to the Clean and Clear version. So far so good.  And just in case those aren't enough, my tried and true, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. Cheap and easy, that's the w...

What's in my travel makeup bag?

After many months, my long awaited vacation is finally here. I don't get much vacation time from work and money is a little right, but every year my whole family takes a trip to my Grandparents lake house. This year, I get to spend 4 days with the family and I'm very excited, it's been a long time coming.  I just recently watched a video from Makeupbytiffanyd, and she was packing for New York. She mentioned that the morning of or before her trip she puts on a full face of makeup and brings everything she used so that nothing you would need is forgotten. I then thought to myself, 'What a genius idea.' And that's exactly what I did for this trip.            First was my moisturizer and primer. I ran out of my Jergens Daily Faial moisturizer so I've been using my Clean and Clear Moisturizer which does the job, but it's definitely not my favorite. I'm also running a little low on my Benefit Pore Fessional, so just in case I ran out, I also brought my Lan...
