What is in my everyday makeup drawer? 4th Edition

I'm getting better you guys! I'm shopping my collection more and more, and finding new and old favorites along the way. Of course, I have been bad and bought some new things for myself, and those have made there way in here too! These items have changed quite a bit so let's dig in, and see what I've been keeping in my every day drawer.

Monday Questionnaire! April 28, 2014

We had a very dog oriented weekend, so as you can see, something is on my mind today. I hope everyone had a great weekend, and has a great week ahead of them. Let's get into this questionnaire shall we?

DIY! Desk Makeover

Another personal mission of mine is finally complete. I have been stalking Craigslist trying to find the perfect desk for weeks now, and finally one popped up at the perfect price. Now of course, I couldn't just buy it and be happy with it, I had to give it some TLC, so I'm bringing you along on my journey.

New Makeup Storage (Makeup Organization)

I mentioned in my home decorating post that I had purchased a few more items from Ikea that would show up later. Here they are! I'm always hunt the hunt for the best makeup storage options, and I believe I'm getting pretty close with this new purchase!

Review! Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit

My long awaited journey has finally come to an end, all of the Sephora drama has slowly died down, and this item is finally mine. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour palette is here, and we are going to review it.

FOTD! Easter Sunday

Happy Tuesday! Why not keep this week going with a FOTD post. It has been a minute since I've done one I these (I didn't want them to stay so repetitive), but the time has come to share with you all again, what I wore! This is my face from Easter Sunday, so I thought you guys might enjoy it!  From bottom to top as usual...I've been loving my No 7 Beautifully Matte Make Up Base that I got from Target. I do have a full blog post about this product if you're interested. And for foundation, I can't get enough of my Covergirl Outlast 3 in 1 foundation. For my concealer , I chose my Maybelline Instant Age Rewind brightener concealer. My powder was the Sonia Kashuk Bare Minimum Pressed Powder. I believe this powder has been discontinued, but Sonia Kashuk has a whole new display at my Target so we might be getting something new!  My bronzer love of this month, has been my Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer, which I also just did a full blog post on. And I didn&

Review! Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer

I'm going to skip my Monday Questionnaire this week...I just couldn't find a good set of questions, but instead you I'm going to give you a review...

DIY! Home Decorating (Ikea Shopping)

Ikea did it again! I was bored, and I was on the hunt for knick knacks and Ikea was my medicine. Probably a big mistake, but it was fun, and I'm really loving everything I got. Do you guys want to see?

My Top 10 MAC Eyeshadows

I've done a full blog post on all of the MAC eyeshadows I own, but it can become overwhelming. Also, if you're just starting out, there are some ones I would definitely recommend over others. This post is going to be my top 10. The ones I've found I reach for most, and some I just couldn't live without.

What is in my Ipsy bag? April 2014

Here we go again! Another subscription box? Will this keep me a customer for another month? Now I love Ipsy, don't get me wrong, but some months I do contemplate looking to what else is out there. So let's see what we got...

Monday Questionnaire! April 14, 2014

I think our weather has plotted to rain every Monday! Come on Atlanta, give us a break, like Mondays aren't hard enough! To lighten my mood, here is my Monday Questionnaire!

How to Organize your Monthly Planner

If anyone is like me, you can't live without a planner. I swear I look at mine about 10 times a day. I keep everything in this baby. From work, to bills, to blog post, to birthdays. Nothing is going to slide past me! The specific planner I have isn't my favorite, but my organization has really seemed to work great for me the last few years, so is love to share some tips with you.

Review! Wet n Wild Flirting at the After Party Palette

I try not to get too involved with limited edition items. I really fight the urge pretty hard, but I failed. This was such a good deal I had to grab it. Wet n Wild was 40% off at Rite Aid this week and I had a coupon. This palette cost me $2.17, which was such a steel I justified it!

Review! No 7 Beautifully Matte Make Up Base

Another product that says "matte", come on in I'll give you a shot. I'm sure that doesn't surprise many of you. I'm an oil slick, and I have to try EVERYTHING that claims to be mattifying. I heard about this product from Casey Holmes, and when I saw it at my local Target I snatched it up.

DIY Living Room Renovation

If I had the money, I would get rid of every piece of furniture in my house and start over. Unfortunately, that isn't possible, so in the mean time, I just renovate. The quick and easiest thing to make your space feel brand new is to paint your furniture!

Monday Questionnaire! April 7, 2014

I see now why the saying goes, "April showers bring May flowers." This month so far has been nothing but rain, with more to come. I'm not complaining, because so far my allergies haven't acted up, so I'll take this any day.

Decluttering My Makeup Part 3 (Eyeshadow)

Now I have to be completely honest with you guys, I NEVER open this drawer. I could probably get rid of everything and I'd never miss it, but I'm a hoarder and I just can't do it. Yet! So for now, I'm just going to minimize.

First Impression of the New Milani Matte Baked Blushes

Anything labeled "matte" is pretty much a must try for me, and when I heard about these, I knew I would own them. The problem was, I couldn't find them anywhere. I figured they would be more displayed, and more talked about, but they weren't. They were hiding in along with the other baked blushes. Finally they are mine.
