DIY At Home Coffee Bar

Hello there ladies! I have an exciting little addition to my home to share with you guys. So to fill you in on my situation , my dream job was an interior designer, but I couldn't afford to go to school. Now that I'm older and have my own home, I'm very disappointed with how it is decorated. I don't have the funds to go crazy with my real decorating dreams, but I can take one step at a time, and eventually get my home to be the dream home I've always wanted.  This weekend my goal was a coffee bar. We are coffee people. I've always wanted one, and I've just never gone through with it.  My boyfriend built this console table for me about a year ago. I needed something tall and slim for a specific area, and this was the perfect size. It was later painted black and has since been an accent table in our house.  I went to Target and bought a pack of Mug Hooks for about $3, and I started my magic.  And ta da. So simple and easy,

What did I get in my Ipsy bag? February 2014

First can I start off by saying, hello! It feels like forever since I've posted. It's been a crazy month here, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to give you guys more posts, but I'm back bitches! (Pretty Little Liars, anyone else?)

Review! New Tarte Colored Clay CC Cream and Amazonian ColoredClayLiquid Foundation

I'm a foundation junkie. I've admitted it, but I don't see a stop in my future. When I saw a new Tarte foundation, I couldn't resist. I ordered a huge set from QVC last week, and it is still available online so go check it out if you're interested! This set included 7 pieces, and the two I wanted the most was the two foundation products.

My Snow Day DIY Valentine's Project

Our 2nd Snowpocalypse in a month, and I couldn't take it anymore. I needed a craft to keep me occupied. Lucky for me, Valentine's Day is in two days, so why the heck not!

What is in my "apocalypse" bag?

So as you guys might have seen on TV or read in my last post, we had a crazy week here in Atlanta this past week. I was in the car for 11 hours trying to go 14 miles. It was a disaster! It made me think, you never know what could happen. You never know when you might become stuck somewhere with no notice. I decided, I wanted a piece of home with me in case that ever happened again. You really never know, and it is a great idea to have a change of clothes in your car at all times, just in case. So long story short, I packed an "apocalypse" bag. I have everything I would need for at least one day in my car at all times. That includes pajamas and a change of clothes. As for my makeup choices, I want to share them with you.

My Beauty Closet Makeover

Hello there everyone! If you've been here before then you know I love easy DIY projects. My favorite DIY's are ones that are started and finished in the same day. I like instant gratification. Today I decided to do something quick and easy and I've been wanting my vanity mirror to be white.
