Hello there everyone! If you've been here before then you know I love easy DIY projects. My favorite DIY's are ones that are started and finished in the same day. I like instant gratification. Today I decided to do something quick and easy and I've been wanting my vanity mirror to be white.
I got my new vanity for Christmas and ever since my mirror has looked like a sore thumb to me. I bought it farely cheap from TJ Maxx about a year ago, and it's the perfect size. I couldn't justify buying a new one when I have a perfectly good one sitting right here. I decided, let's just paint it.
Supplies needed:
-A mirror
-Whote spray paint
-easy peel painters tape.
I did tape the entire glass portion, only because I'm not always the tidiest spray painter.
Ta da. I did have to do about 3 coats of color. Going from dark to light will usually take an extra coat or two.
And here we are with my quick makeup for my new vanity area. I just think it makes the room look so much more together and not so much as a sore thumb of a mirror. My $3 Saturday project turned out successful if you ask me.
